Dr. Sanem Sergici and Ryan Hledik to Speak at the NARUC Annual Meeting

Principal Dr. Sanem Sergici will join the “Aligning Rate Design with Flexible Demand Needs” session on Sunday, November 13, at 11:15 a.m. (CT) to discuss recent work sponsored by NARUC to explore flexible demand potential and the Energy Systems Integration Group (ESIG) to explore the link between rate design and electricity grid needs.
Principal Ryan Hledik will join the “Yoga for the Distribution Grid: Demand Flexibility for Customers, Utilities, and System Stability” session on Tuesday, November 15, at 9:30 a.m. (CT) to explore regulatory approaches for advancing demand flexibility in a way that addresses the interests of customers and utilities.
Dr. Sergici will also join the “High-Priority Areas for Accelerating the EV Transition” session on Wednesday, November 16, at 8:30 a.m. (CT) to discuss rates and proactive infrastructure investments.
