Lisa Cameron to Explain the Economics of Damages for Litigation Involving Pandemic-Related Products in American Bar Association Program
Brattle Principal Lisa Cameron will explain the economics of damages in litigations involving pandemic-related products in a CLE panel for the ABA’s Environmental & Energy, Mass Torts, and Products Liability Litigation Committee. The panel, “Product Liability and the Pandemic: COVID-19 Impacts on Products Liability and Class Actions,” will take place on January 28 at 11:00 a.m. (PT) / 2:00 p.m. (ET).
The panel also includes Jessica Benson Cox, a partner at Faegre Drinker Biddle, who will review relevant regulations and Kate Spelman, a partner at Jenner & Block, who will discuss recent litigations involving these products. The panel will be moderated by Munjot Sahu, counsel at Eli Lilly and Company.
