Brattle Director of Global Development and Fordham Competition Law Institute Director James Keyte will give the opening remarks on Wednesday, September 29 and the opening and closing remarks on Thursday, September 30 and Friday, October 1.

Brattle is a proud sponsor of the first session of Antitrust Economics Workshop panels, which will take place from 9:15–11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 29. Principal Dr. Peter Davis will moderate the first panel, “Economic Issues in a Progressive Merger Environment,” and Principals Dr. Adina Claici and Dr. Renée Duplantis will join as panelists. Principal Dr. Loren Smith will moderate the second panel, “The Economics of Platform Acquisitions,” and Academic Advisor Professor Kai-Uwe Kühn and Principal Dr. Vanessa Zhang will join as panelists.

During the main conference, Principal Dr. Pinar Bagci will join the “Class Actions: An Emerging Global Divergence?” panel from 3:00–4:20 p.m. on Friday, October 1.
