Senior Associate Tania Tholot will join the “Compensation of Environmental Damages” panel from 10:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. (CEST) to discuss the role experts can play in this developing field.
Principal Dr. José Antonio García will join the “2025 France-Brazil Season: Exploring Arbitration, ESG, and Energy Transition” panel from 4:30–6:30 p.m. (CEST) to discuss how arbitration can more effectively address the challenges and opportunities presented by environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors and the energy transition in Brazil.
