Recognized experts have worked on disputes under AAA, ICC, ICSID, and other arbitration venues, and have been selected based upon comprehensive, independent survey work with both general counsel and private practice lawyers worldwide. Mr. Caldwell has extensive experience in economic and financial analysis and valuation across a broad range of industries, from electric power and natural gas to banking and credit cards. He regularly provides advice on litigation matters, and has supported expert witnesses and assisted attorneys on all phases of case management and strategy.

Mr. Chodorow has more than 15 years of consulting experience in commercial damages, valuation, and tax matters with The Brattle Group. His work has covered a broad array of industries including oil, natural gas, and electricity; biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals; commodities and financial services; gaming; consumer products; high technology and media; and transportation.

Mr. Harris has more than fifteen years of experience as expert in valuation, quantification of damages, and the economics of gas and electricity markets. He has been retained by major law firms and their clients to testify on damages and quantum in international arbitration proceedings in a variety of forums.

Mr. Lapuerta, who was also recognized by the publication as a 2018 thought leader, specializes in the analysis of competition in the energy, banking, and telecommunications industries, and is an expert on the financial analyses of these industries.

Mr. Maniatis and has more than twenty years of experience providing consulting and expert witness testimony. He is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of The Brattle Group.

Professor Myers is the Robert C. Merton Professor of Financial Economics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Sloan School of Management. He is the co-author (with Richard A. Brealey and Franklin Allen) of the leading graduate-level textbook on corporate finance.
