Hechos y retos de la energía en España: algunos elementos clave de una estrategia energética

During the last decade, there has been significant investment in infrastructures that have improved the safety and sustainability of the energy system. It is time to focus on improving competitiveness, providing long-term signals that utilities can use to make efficient decisions and to adjust their investments to changes in supply and demand. In addition, the creation of a gas hub in Spain would provide a transparent gas price that would help to foster effective competition in gas and electricity markets.
