Alaska natural gas contract pricing

On behalf of an Alaskan gas utility, testified in several matters before the Regulatory Commission of Alaska regarding the reasonableness of the price terms in long-term gas supply agreements submitted for approval to the regulator. The testimony explained that the price terms were appropriate given supply conditions in the local gas market and ratepayers’ need for reliable gas supplies.
