Andrews v. Plains All American Pipeline

On behalf of class plaintiffs, supported expert testimony and econometric analyses about the extent to which a class of fishers were damaged in the form of lost catch as a result of a 2015 oil spill. The parties ultimately reached a $230 million settlement, with $184 million intended for the fisher class.
