Empirical analysis in microprocessor patent infringement dispute

Conducted empirical analyses on behalf of Intel Corporation in response to PACT XPP Schweiz AG in connection with a claim of alleged patent infringement. Demonstrated that plaintiff’s expert’s damages analysis did not sufficiently distinguish the alleged value of the patents at issue from the value created by the defendant’s own efforts.
