For the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office, Dr. Weiss and Dr. Sam Newell testified on about the energy, capacity, and environmental benefits of the Northern Pass transmission project, a proposed high-voltage, direct current (HVDC) transmission line linking the Canadian Province of Quebec with the New England power system.
