Ms. Hamilton specializes in data-driven investigations and the development of penalty and damages models in matters that precede or accompany litigation.

Working with federal and state enforcement agencies, corporate counsel, and compliance teams, she assesses potential exposure, evaluates settlement ranges, and tests competing theories through de novo economic and scenario-based analyses. Ms. Hamilton’s investigative work spans matters involving financial reporting irregularities, misrepresentations and false claims, kickbacks, sanctions violations, blockchain and cryptocurrency tracing, and environmental health and safety disputes.

Ms. Hamilton routinely leads fact-finding efforts involving large and often fragmented datasets, including transactional and operational records, communications, regulatory filings, and other structured and unstructured materials. She applies statistical methods, machine-learning techniques, and AI-enabled review tools to identify behavioral patterns, detect anomalies, and integrate evidence into clear, defensible narratives that support legal and strategic decision-making.

In addition to her investigative work, Ms. Hamilton has substantial experience in transfer pricing, where she has developed intercompany pricing models, conducted profit-split and benchmarking analyses, and supported multinational clients in tax controversy matters.
