Dr. Gunn specializes in competition matters and natural resources economics.

She is experienced in applying data-driven economic methods to settings including anticompetitive consumer damages in a litigation setting, post-merger remedy compliance evaluation, and cost-benefit analysis of major natural resource infrastructure projects. Dr. Gunn’s academic work studies the strategic implementation of water quality regulatory enforcement as well as the potential benefits of drinking water infrastructure investments in the United States.
