Dr. Giri has more than seven years of experience conducting economic, marketing, and financial analyses across several industries, including life sciences, telecommunications, music, asset-backed securities, and financial services.

He is experienced in analyzing consumer behavior in multiple contexts, including class action product liability cases, regulatory agency investigations, and trademark-related matters. Dr. Giri also has experience working on intellectual property rights cases, both in district courts and at the International Trade Commission. These cases have involved assessments of economic damages from infringement of patents and trademarks, and assessments of reasonable royalties, commercial success, and domestic industry.

Dr. Giri and his wife were born and raised in Nepal and Thailand, respectively, and for the past 17 years, they have found their home in the US. Along with their now two-and-a-half-year-old, they are foodies through and through! Dr. Giri is also an avid cricketer; he grew up playing the sport and has found new interesting opportunities to continue playing the game in the US and Canada.
