Mr. Berger is an expert focusing on complex valuation and damages analyses in international and commercial arbitration as well as post-M&A disputes, particularly in the energy industry and financial sector.

He has acted as an expert witness and supported other expert witnesses in numerous disputes spanning a range of industries. He has worked on matters in areas including renewable and conventional energy generation, banking and financial services, mining, commodity trading, aviation, and pharmaceuticals.

Prior to joining Brattle, Mr. Berger worked for Bruegel, a think tank focusing on economic policy research. He has also taught a core corporate finance and valuation course in the Master in Finance program at London Business School.
