Mr. Neale is a competition economist with experience in abuse of dominance and anticompetitive conduct collective action cases, as well as mergers across a wide range of industries.
He advises clients in the UK and Europe, providing detailed economic analysis for damages quantification and liability assessment in both standalone and follow-on proceedings. Mr. Neale has worked across all phases of the litigation process, including disclosure requests, damages quantification, assistance in expert report preparation, and trial preparation.
