Mr. Graham is an energy and climate policy specialist focused on the policy, regulatory, and market design implications of the energy transition.

His experience covers topics ranging from distributed energy resources (DERs) and grid modernization to the energy transition’s equity implications. He was most recently a Fulbright Scholar at MIT, where he was a researcher at the Center for Energy & Environmental Policy Research. His research on the employment impacts of the energy transition has been published in peer-reviewed journals, including the Proceeedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS), and featured by several news outlets.

Previously, Mr. Graham led the energy flexibility policy workstream at the Association for Decentralised Energy in the United Kingdom.
