Ms. Egan leads all aspects of Brattle’s global human resources functions and strategies.

She has over two decades of experience as a strategic human resources professional working at firms in the tech, professional services, and financial services industries.  Ms. Egan has partnered closely with executive leadership and has overseen human resources teams, global business partners, and talent management/development professionals. Her experience extends to leading HR teams through major business restructurings and transformations, including merger integration planning and implementation.

At Brattle, Ms. Egan oversees and collaborates with several teams and functions under the human resources umbrella to move forward people-focused initiatives. In alignment with the firm’s core values and culture, she is responsible for developing, implementing, and enhancing employee policies, programs, services, and practices.

Before joining Brattle in 2023, Ms. Egan was the Vice President of Human Resources at a global location data company based in the Netherlands. She also spent more than 15 years with a financial derivatives exchange, in roles such as Senior Director of HR Business Partners and Associate Director of Corporate Development.
