Mr. Levin specializes in the economic analysis of energy markets.

At Brattle, he supports clients in regulatory proceedings before US state and federal agencies. Mr. Levin is also a current PhD candidate at the University of Maryland. His research explores topics at the intersection of energy economics and industrial organization, with a focus on modeling consumer behavior in vehicles markets.
