The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has started the process of reforming its transmission rules with an Advanced Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANOPR) issued at its July meeting that seeks input on many questions related to planning, cost allocation, interconnection rules, and more. Brattle Principal Johannes Pfeifenberger will join a panel to discuss reforms that could come out of the ANOPR process and the future of FERC’s transmission regulation.
