The Brattle Group Once Again Ranked as a Leading Firm for International Arbitration by Global Arbitration Review

The Brattle Group has once again been named to the Global Arbitration Review’s “GAR 100: Expert Witness Power Index.”

The annual Expert Witness Power Index rankings are determined based on several factors from a two-year research period, including the number of hearings each firm participated in, the average value of a firm’s hearings, and reputational clout. During the research period, spanning from August 2021 to August 2023, Brattle worked on 37 unique hearings and 57 disaggregated hearings (where more than one Brattle expert participated in the same hearing).
