Frank Graves to Discuss COVID-19's Impacts on North American Electricity Markets at IESO Meeting

Brattle Principal Frank Graves will join the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO) June Stakeholder Engagement Meetings, which will take place virtually June 24–July 6.
