Brattle was engaged by Dense Air New Zealand to provide economic evidence that establishes that One New Zealand’s proposed purchase of Dense Air’s spectrum is not anticompetitive. The team produced a report investigating the theories of harm proposed by the Commerce Commission in its Statement of Issues, after which the merger was allowed to proceed.
