ISO-NE Resource Capacity Accreditation

Published two papers detailing the conceptual foundations of ELCC-based accreditation and a jurisdictional review of accreditation methods in other RTOs. Additionally, supported the Attorney General’s Office (AGO) of Massachusetts in its stakeholder role in ISO-NE’s capacity market accreditation reform process. Interfaced with ISO-NE staff to recommend improvements to winter accreditation of gas-fired generation
