Long-term Electricity Contract Review

For an European electricity company, in a commercial arbitration before the International Chamber of Trade, analysed changes in European electricity markets since 2004 to assess a claim to renegotiate prices in a long term sales and purchase agreement. Demonstrated that observed changes in the market were neither sufficient nor permanent as to justify a revision of the price within the terms of the contract.
