Dr. Elliot has over ten years of experience in financial economics. He utilizes statistical tools and data analysis across a variety of financial, economic, and policy contexts.

With expertise in econometrics and financial modeling, his work focuses on applying corporate finance principles to valuation disputes in a wide range of industries. Dr. Elliot has worked with US and Australian clients on matters related to market efficiency, valuation analysis, rate of return, cost of equity, and taxation.

Prior to joining Brattle, Dr. Elliot spent several years working on economic modeling, policy development, and strategy for the New South Wales (NSW) government. He led research and modeling to support various priorities, including tax reform, the development of statewide economic strategy, and innovation policy.
