Ms. Peretz specializes in data-driven economic analysis in regulatory, litigation, and public interest contexts.

Her casework spans telecommunications, antitrust, and social policy, with expertise in econometric modeling, complex data workflows, and regulatory engagement. She has supported expert testimony in matters involving the US Department of Justice, the Federal Communications Commission, and private clients, and has coauthored expert filings and research in high-profile rulemaking proceedings.

Ms. Peretz has particular experience in matters involving communications policy and market design, including pro bono work on behalf of incarcerated people’s rights in partnership with legal advocacy organizations. She regularly manages project workstreams and contributes to strategic planning, client communication, and analyst development.

In previous roles at Brattle, Ms. Peretz supported litigation and policy projects involving large datasets, economic modeling, and team coordination.
