In particular, Dr. Yu has worked on major antitrust matters involving digital platforms, sale of digital goods, gaming, most-favored nations clauses, telecommunications, and advertising technology. He applies his project management skills to support all stages of litigation, including mass arbitration, opening and rebuttal reports, and depositions.
