Principal Rafael Klotz will join the “Collateral Damage – Secured Creditor Power and Restructuring Obstacles in High-Rate Economies” panel to examine how legal, contractual, and market structures shape creditor-debtor dynamics, the impact on shareholder decisions and debt-to-equity conversions, and whether reforms are needed to balance creditor protections with viable restructuring paths.
Mr. Klotz will also join the INSOL International & World Bank Group Latin America Roundtable on Insolvency the day prior to the seminar on Thursday, March 12, where he will moderate a panel on technology in insolvency practice in Latin America.
