Brattle Director of Global Development and Fordham Competition Law Institute Director James Keyte will give the opening remarks on each day of the conference and workshop.

Brattle is a proud sponsor of the first session of Antitrust Economics Workshop panels, which will take place from 8:45–10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 20. Principal Dr. Minjae Song will moderate the first panel, “AI, Algorithms, and Antitrust Economics,” and Principal Dr. Josephine Duh will join as a panelist. Principal Dr. Peter Davis will moderate the second panel, “Class Action Damages: The Economic Disputes,” and Principal Dr. Nick Powers will join as a panelist.

During the main conference, Principal Dr. Pinar Bagci will join as a panelist during the “Private Litigation Around the World: What’s Hot, What’s Next?” panel from 1:45–3:00 p.m. (ET) on Thursday, September 21.
