Brattle Principal Frank Graves and Senior Associate Michael Hagerty will join panels at the Energy Bar Association (EBA) Fall Conference, which will take place on October 13–14.

Mr. Graves will join the general session “COVID-19: Impacts to the Energy and Utilities Sectors – Today and the Future” on Tuesday, October 13, at 11:45 a.m. (ET). The panelists will provide a high-level overview of a range of topics that will help attendees draw their own conclusions about what the pandemic means for the future of the energy and utility sectors.

Mr. Hagerty will join the general session “Getting to Zero: Are No Carbon Emissions Realistic?” on Wednesday, October 14, at 11:30 a.m. (ET). The panelists will discuss what a radical reduction in carbon emissions means and whether setting targets for zero emissions in decades or less is the right response.
