Allocation proceeding involving transfer pricing issues

Supported a transfer pricing expert in Nortel Network’s allocation and claims proceeding. Brattle was retained by the pension claimants of Nortel’s UK subsidiary. One issue in the case was whether Nortel’s transfer pricing arrangements reliably reflected the business reality and were at arm’s length. The matter is currently being litigated.
