In an investigation concerning air mattresses, including those used in hospitals, Dr. Seth assisted counsel for respondents, Sizewise, American National Manufacturing, and Dires. She submitted an expert report on remedy, bonding, and public interest, and provided trial testimony. In the initial determination (ID), the administrative law judge (ALJ) chose not to issue a cease-and-desist order due to health and welfare considerations, in line with analysis in Dr. Seth’s expert report and deposition and trial testimony.
