Measurement and Verification

Measured the impacts of a system-wide Time of Use (TOU) deployment in the province of Ontario, Canada, on behalf of the Ontario Power Authority. To account for the lack of a designated control group, we created a quasi-experimental design that took advantage of differences in the timing of the TOU rollout.
