Offshore Wind Transmission State Agreement Approach Solicitation

Provide ongoing support to the New Jersey BPU in the procurement of transmission projects to support integration of offshore wind under PJM’s inaugural State Agreement Approach. Supported project management across multiple state agencies, PJM, and subcontractors to address all aspects of procurement including term sheet development, associated FERC filings, and economic, reliability, policy, and risk analysis of proposed projects.
