Dr. Mohan specializes in the evaluation of emerging energy technologies at a systems level, with expertise in electricity markets, techno-economic analysis, and energy policy.

A modeler by training, Dr. Mohan has expertise in optimization models, such as capacity expansion, as well as agent-based modeling frameworks. He has drawn on these tools to publish research in peer-reviewed journals in fields such as electricity systems, carbon removal, and the electrification of transportation.

Prior to joining Brattle, Dr. Mohan was a Distinguished Postdoctoral Fellow at Princeton University’s Andlinger Center for Energy and the Environment.
