Dr. Suh is a testifying expert with expertise in financial accounting, mergers and acquisitions, valuation, forensic analysis, and general damages.

She has more than 25 years of combined experience in economic consulting, investment banking, and academia. As a consultant, Dr. Suh applies her deep expertise in financial accounting to high-stakes disputes involving valuation, damages, financial reporting, forensic analysis, and auditor liability. She is recognized for her creative and thoughtful approach to clarifying intricate financial issues and helping clients uncover meaningful insights from complex information.

Dr. Suh has served as an expert in a variety of matters involving financial and cost accounting, valuation, and damages. Most recently, she has authored expert reports and provided deposition and arbitration testimony quantifying damages in a dispute involving breach of contract, misappropriation of trade secrets, and intellectual property. She has also served as an expert in matters involving revenue recognition, cost allocation, and debt collection practices in both federal and state courts.

Before joining Brattle, Dr. Suh developed her career across both finance and academia. She began her career at Goldman Sachs, conducting valuation analyses for mergers and acquisitions, before transitioning to academia, where she became an award-winning professor. She developed and taught innovative courses in data analytics, financial modeling, and empirical research methods, and led executive programs for organizations including Capital Group, KPMG, EY, and USC. Her years in the classroom honed her ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, accessible, and engaging explanations, a skill she brings to her consulting practice with creativity and precision.

Currently, Dr. Suh is a Visiting Professor of Accounting at the Robert Day School of Economics and Finance at Claremont McKenna College.
