Dr. Leary specializes in financial economics, international finance, applied econometrics, and accounting. His experience includes analyses of investment suitability, financial simulations, cross-border investments, merger modeling, and accounting records. Dr. Leary has supported experts in Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) arbitrations, international arbitrations, and domestic litigation.

Dr. Leary regularly conducts research on finance and international finance topics, and has been published by the National Bureau of Economic Research and Oxford University Press. Prior to receiving his PhD, Dr. Leary held positions at the Congressional Budget Office, the Federal Reserve Board of Governors, and O’Connor & Drew, P.C.
