Ryan Leary to Discuss Puerto Rican Debt at the ASSA 2020 Annual Meeting

Brattle Associate Ryan Leary will join a panel discussion of the Puerto Rican debt crisis at the ASSA 2020 Annual Meeting, which will take place January 3–5 in San Diego.

Dr. Leary will speak during the paper session “The Puerto Rican Debt Crisis” on January 5 in the Marriott Marquis Grand Ballroom 10. The panel will discuss several papers on the topic, including a paper coauthored by Dr. Leary titled “The Transmission of Quasi-Sovereign Default Risk: Evidence from Puerto Rico.”
