For EPRI, we are currently developing a survey and associated discrete choice modeling environment to better understand drivers of EV adoption in several representative regions of the United States. The project team includes Nobel Laureate Daniel McFadden, a Brattle principal and professor at the University of California, Berkeley, and Professor Kenneth Train of the University of California, Berkeley. The survey results will be used to develop EV adoption models and resulting forecasts for several U.S. electric utilities.
