Puerto Rico Bankruptcy

Brattle was retained by counsel for the Financial Oversight & Management Board (FOMB) to assist with Puerto Rico’s restructuring, the largest governmental restructuring in US history.  Brattle evaluated the FOMB’s proposed restructuring plan and assisted in negotiations with various stakeholders. Brattle experts continue to advise counsel and the FOMB on economic and financial issues in connection with the FOMB’s Plans of Adjustment and underlying fiscal plans. This work is ongoing.
